MINISTRY OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND BUREAUCRATIC REFORM OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA GIVES AN “A” MARK FOR SERVICE PERFORMANCE OF SOUTH SUMATRA LIGHT TRAIN MANAGEMENT CENTER (BPKARSS)
The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (KEMENPANRB) awarded BPKARSS as a Public Service Provider Unit within the Ministry of Transportation with an A mark. It was announced at the announcement of the results of the performance evaluation and awarding of public service units in 2021 on Tuesday (8/08/2011 3) 2022. Previously, KEMENPANRB conducted an assessment of the South Sumatra LRT, which was the work area of BPKARSS.
In the assessment process, 65 units of public service providers were assessed. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Performance Assessment of Public Service Providers, 6 aspects are assessed, namely aspects of service policy, HR professionalism, public service infrastructure, public service information systems, consultation and complaints and innovation. All aspects are assessed according to their respective weights.
There are several agendas carried out in activities broadcast online through the KEMENPANRB Youtube channel, namely reports on the results of the evaluation of public service performance of ministries/institutions/regions in 2021, announcement of awards for results for the assessment of public service performance in 2021 and submission of awards for results of the evaluation of public service performance in 2021. At the end of the session, KEMENPANRB hopes that every unit of public service providers can improve the quality of services and provide the best for the people of Indonesia.
