SOUTH SUMATRA LIGHT RAILWAY MANAGEMENT CENTER AWARDS THE BEST SOUTH SUMATRA LRT OFFICERS

The best South Sumatra LRT officers received awards on Friday, 27 March at the Public Consultation Forum at the Aryaduta Hotel Palembang by the South Sumatra Light Railway Management Center (BPKARSS), which serves as the LRT's manager. This honor is given to the officers who have given South Sumatra LRT passengers outstanding service. Nearly 400 South Sumatra LRT staff, including workers in the fields of health, customer service, announcers, station counters, cleaning, and security, attended the evaluation.

When choosing the best officers, evaluations are conducted at several levels. beginning with the selection phase conducted by each station and moving on to the interview phase. Four criteria are covered by the assessment elements as well: discipline, appearance, product knowledge, and service. The best employee for each service officer was ultimately chosen. 

The award for the best officer in 2022 was given directly by the Head of the South Sumatra Light Railway Management Center, Mr. Rode Paulus. As the best security officer (Hendri S), Cleaning Officer (Pipit Hidayanti), health officer (Nini Riani), ticketing officer (Alfina Rahmania Sonia), customer service officer (Akbar), and announcer officer (Putri Meilinia).

The best stations were also recognized with prizes. The assessment takes into account characteristics like aesthetics, cleanliness, and innovation. The best station among the 13 South Sumatra LRT stops is Bumi Sriwijaya Station. Station Manager Prendi Setiabudi is now in charge of Bumi Sriwijaya. 

"Thank you for the services provided for South Sumatra LRT users. Hopefully this can be a motivation for all of us to continue to improve services," said Mr. Rode Paulus after giving awards to station officers.
