"A strategic plan that is aligned with business direction is essential to ensure that BPKARSS's vision and mission are optimally achieved," Rode said during the opening. "We aim to provide transportation services that are not only safe and efficient but also highly competitive and meet the needs of the people of South Sumatra," he added. He hoped that this activity would be a good starting point to reach the long-term goals that have been set.

Several key officials also attended the event, including Haris Farizi, Head of the Finance and General Subdivision; Praptono Djunaedi, Head of PPA 1 Division; and Agus Nursetyanto, Head of PPA 1 Section from the DJPb South Sumatra Provincial Office. Their presence demonstrated full support from various parties in the harmonization process, which involved a comprehensive evaluation of the strategic plans and business plans.

During the discussion session, participants actively discussed various aspects related to light rail transit services in South Sumatra, including performance achievements from previous periods and projected challenges to be faced in the coming years. During this harmonization process, all parties were allowed to share their views and feedback to foster better synergy among units within BPKARSS and stronger coordination with related agencies.

Haris Farizi, Head of BPKARSS's Finance and General Subdivision, emphasized the importance of effective budget management in advancing the organization's long-term vision. According to him, synchronization between the strategic plan and the business plan would provide clearer direction for the allocation of financial resources. "With this synchronization, we can design strategies that not only focus on service but also on budget efficiency, which will provide a solid foundation for service development in the future," Haris said.

On the other hand, Praptono Djunaedi, the Head of the PPA 1 Division, stated that future challenges would be increasingly complex, particularly in meeting the community's dynamic needs. He stated that this harmonization is more than just a document or a formality, but rather a guideline for developing service innovations and maintaining the quality of light rail transportation services that meet national standards.

Agus Nursetyanto, Head of PPA 1 Section at the DJPb South Sumatra Provincial Office, also provided feedback on BPKARSS's financial governance and asset management. He emphasized that harmonizing the strategic and business plans should involve strict oversight of budget use to ensure that every Rupiahs spent truly benefits the community. He also stated that this harmonization should consider sustainability, particularly in maintaining the continuity of light rail services.

This harmonization activity is expected to have a positive impact on developing a more targeted strategy for BPKARSS to achieve its long-term objectives. Furthermore, the event serves as a forum for information exchange and problem-solving in South Sumatra's transportation sector. The event's discussions yielded a variety of inputs and recommendations that will be taken into account when developing BPKARSS's work plans for the coming years.

With this harmonization process, BPKARSS is optimistic that it will be able to realize its vision and mission of providing safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation for the people of South Sumatra. Amidst the rapid development of transportation, BPKARSS is committed to continuously innovating and developing services that meet the needs of the community and support regional development.

With the success of this activity, it is hoped that the harmonized strategic and business plans for BPKARSS will serve as an effective reference in achieving the long-term goals that have been set.
