Palembang (15/08) – The South Sumatra Light Railroad Management Center (BPKARSS) is committed to continuously improve the quality of affordable, safe and comfortable public transportation services to all levels of society. Interactive communication between BPKARSS and the public continues to be carried out with the hope that the South Sumatra LRT's public services are improving daily. To strengthen these services, BPKARSS held a Public Consultation Forum (FKP), held offline at the Aryaduta Hotel Palembang today, Monday (15/8).

"This Public Consultation Forum (FKP) is carried out as a step in providing an understanding of increasing innovation in South Sumatra LRT's excellent service. Through this FKP, it is hoped that it will become a forum for discussion, input, and suggestions for the creation of increased innovation in South Sumatra LRT services for all levels of society," said the Head of the South Sumatra Light Rail Management Agency, Dedik Tri Istiantara in his speech.

This FKP has been held annually since 2020.
