Commitment to improving operational efficiency and public services continues to be the main focus for South Sumatra LRT (Light Rail Transit). In an effort to achieve this goal, South Sumatra LRT took a strategic step by holding an important visit with the Information and Documentation Management Officer at the Ministry of Transportation. The meeting highlighted efforts to improve information and documentation management services at LRT Sumsel as part of the agency's commitment to improve and enhance the public transportation system in the South Sumatra region.

The meeting between the South Sumatra LRT delegation and the Information Documentation and Management Officer at the Ministry of Transportation was an important platform to identify challenges and develop joint strategies to improve information and documentation management services more effectively and efficiently at South Sumatra LRT.

"In order to achieve our vision of becoming the leading public transportation service provider in South Sumatra, we recognize the importance of continuous improvement in information and documentation management. We are committed to providing better services to the community, and this includes ensuring that the information and documentation management process at LRT Sumsel runs smoothly and efficiently," said Fajar Anugrah Tumanggor, one of the delegates from LRT Sumsel.

A number of strategic topics were discussed during the meeting. These included updating information systems, improving documentation processes, and using technology to improve the efficiency of information and documentation management at LRT South Sumatra. Discussions also focused on implementing best practices in data and document management, as well as efforts to improve accessibility and information security for all stakeholders involved in LRT operations.

"Currently, information and documentation are very valuable assets in the operation of public transportation services. We are committed to working with LRT Sumsel to develop effective strategies to ensure that relevant and accurate information is available in a timely manner and easily accessible to all interested parties," said Shela Kusumaningtyas, one of the Information and Documentation Management Officers at the Ministry of Transportation.

The meeting also provided a platform for South Sumatra LRT to share experiences and challenges faced in efforts to improve information and documentation management. It is hoped that the cooperation between LRT Sumsel and the Ministry of Transportation can produce innovative and effective solutions to improve information and documentation management services and accelerate the progress of public transport projects in South Sumatra.
