SOUTH SUMATRA LIGHT RAIL MANAGEMENT CENTER (BPKARSS) ACHIEVED EXCELLENT SERVICE PREDICATE FOR PUBLIC SERVICES

The South Sumatra Light Railway Management Center (BPKARSS) received a prime service predicate (A) as the implementation of the ministry of transportation's public service in 2022, The award certificate was presented directly to the Head of BPKARSS, Mr. Rode Paulus G.P., S.Si, M.T., at the Public Consultation Forum held at the Aryaduta Hotel Palembang on Friday (17/3), by Prof. Diah Natalisa, MBA, Deputy for Public Services of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform.
This assessment is based on the results of the Ministry of Transportation's performance evaluation of public service implementation in 2022. To calculate the public service index, numerous factors are considered. Complaints consultation, public service information systems, infrastructural facilities, human resource professionalism, and service policies are examples of such initiatives. And as a consequence of this evaluation, BPKARSS received a score of 4.55 with the predicate of outstanding service (A).

This is not only the accomplishment of BPKARSS as the management of the South Sumatra LRT. But this is the consequence of our collective efforts. Many parties are engaged in order to get this predicate. It is envisaged that by meeting this criterion, South Sumatra LRT services would continue to improve.
