BPKARSS CONDUCTS HUMAN RESOURCE BUILDING FOR BUSINESS PARTNERS ( CHARACTER BUILDING ) TO ALL EMPLOYEES

At the Harris Water Waterfront Hotel, 83 personnel from the South Sumatra Light Railway Management Center (BPKARSS) took part in a character development exercise to strengthen the human resources of business partners. This activity is split into two waves. The first batch was held on 27 - 29 January 2022. The second wave will take place on 28-30 January 2022. This practice is designed to boost fellow employees' sense of unity and spirit, in addition to developing each employee's personality.

At this activity, numerous materials were provided, including one by a motivator, Mr. Pendirianto Damanik.  He gave two subjects, namely self-motivation and character in public speaking. Each employee is provided an evaluation of themselves in this material. "How can other people recognize us? If we don't know ourselves," Mr. Rian added as he handed them the information. Furthermore, we need to think positively and be truthful in order to promote the spirit of labor.

Mrs. Linda Nur Lestari presented the next material, which was about Business Etiquette and Appearance. This content points out how to act appropriately in the presence of supervisors, coworkers, and other external partners. It is intended that by using this knowledge, every BPKARSS employee can provide a favorable reflection to everyone on LRT Sumsel. So that there are no more words that mention that South Sumatra LRT employees are unfriendly, incompetent, and indifferent to their customers.

The occasion concluded with all BPKARSS workers signing the Employee Commitment.  "There will be new targets that must be met by 2023," stated Mr. Dedik Tri Istiantara, the Center's Director. "Every employee must balance their vision and mission.  " They must strengthen their spirit and cohesion. So that we may attain our goals," he continued.
