BTP JABAR ENTERED THE FIVE BEST SATKERS FROM KPPN BANDUNG II

 

Bandung (21/9) - West Java Regional Railway Engineering Center (BTP JABAR) received the award as the five best Work Units (Satker) in the implementation of "End User Training SAKTI 2021" which has been organized by the Office of State Treasury Service (KPPN) Bandung II, Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb), Ministry of Finance, September 21, 2021.
 
EUT activities were held from September 13 to September 17, 2021, online via Zoom Meeting and followed by BTP Financial/ Budget Manager and employees and officials who are managers/in charge of the implementation of the Agency Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) agency in the KPPN Bandung II area. The number of satkers located in the KPPN II Bandung area itself is 183 satker.
 
SAKTI is an application used as a means for satkers in supporting the implementation of the Treasury and State Budget System (SPAN) to conduct financial management that includes the planning stages to budget accountability. SAKTI uses single entry points, centralized databases, and uses accrual accounting bases. There are 14 transaction periods covering 12 monthly periods, and two additional periods (Periods 13 and 14).
 
SAKTI integrates all existing Satker applications. It has the main functions from Planning, Implementation to Budget Accountability. Sakti applications are used by accounting entities and reporting entities of the Ministry of State/Institution. All transactions of accounting entities and reporting entities are conducted electronically.
 
SAKTI consists of several modules, namely the Budgeting Process Module played by the Budgeting module, the Implementation Process Module played by several modules, namely the commitment module (including the Supplier Management sub-module and commitment management sub-module), the Treasurer module, the Fixed Asset module, the Inventory module, and most recently the Payment and Reporting Process module played by the GL and Reporting modules.
 
The holding of this training activity is expected to provide provisions for Satker in preparing users in the implementation of Sakti full module implementation which is planned to be initiated in the fiscal year 2022.
