Facilities and Safety.

According to Fitri, this year it is estimated that users of rail transportation services will experience an increase because at this time the Covid-19 case in Indonesia is starting to slow down, for that, careful preparation is needed.

The inspection includes seeing the completeness of facilities at stations and trains including Fire Extinguisher Equipment (APAR), CCTV, Blind Road, Health Room, Nursing Room, Safety Line on the platform, Lighting Lamps, and facilities in toilets.

Based on the results of the inspection, it was found that there are no train ticket counter facilities for the disabled at Kiaracondong Station, and for the Rampcheck inspection, CCTV facilities were found on the Argo Wilis 1 dining train. From these findings, DAOP 2 Bandung and DAOP 3 Cirebon as operators are expected to follow up deficiencies that existed before the Christmas and New Year's transport period.

The implementation of the SPM and Rampcheck inspections is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number PM 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Transporting People by Train.
