INCREASE EMPLOYEE COMPETENCY, RAILWAYS ENGINEERING OFFICE FOR WEST JAVA REGION HOLDS TECHNICAL GUIDANCE RELATED TO LAND

BANDUNG – In order to improve the competence of employees within the Railways Engineering Office for West Java Region, the land team of Railways Engineering Office for West Java Region held Technical Guidance on Land Provision for Development of Public Interests and Handling of Social Impacts on the Community in the Framework of Land Provision for National Development, Thursday, December 12th at The Ballroom of The Newton Hotel.

The technical guidance was attended by as many as 120 participants consisting of employees in the BTP JABAR environment and carried out by implementing health protocols.

The Head of the BTP JABAR Land Team, Susiana in her speech said "the purpose of this activity is to increase understanding and broaden the horizons of BTP JABAR employees regarding the land provision, either through land acquisition and or land control for double-track construction or other development in the JABAR BTP area, he said.

Present as resource persons were, among others, Azis Zulfikacar Ali Yuscan, Head of the Government Section of the Regional Government and Autonomy Bureau, West Java Provincial Government, Jerrydeta Perwisajana, Head of Regional Office of the National Land Agency of West Java Province and Rizki Djunaedy, representative of the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP). 

"Ladies and gentlemen, please allow us to report on the technical guidance activity this morning. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding and insight of the participants, especially friends at Railways Engineering Office for West Java Region, regarding the provision of land either through land acquisition and/or controlling land for the construction of double lanes or other developments in Railways Engineering Office for West Java Region area," said Susiana, Railways Engineering Office for West Java Region Land PPK.

“Today we are very grateful because we can meet offline in the context of technical guidance activities for providing land for the development of public interests and handling social impacts. We really need a joint commitment, starting from us preparing the planning until the asset recording can be closed, "said Erni Basri, Head of Railways Engineering Office for West Java Region in his speech.

Furthermore, Erni said that there needed to be a change so that the asset targets were recorded at the Ministry of Finance can be closed. Erni hopes that the Human Resources (HR) at Railways Engineering Office for West Java Region, both those in structural, project, Administration, Traffic, Facilities and Safety in the future can manage the assets that have been purchased.

"Alhamdulillah, for the public interest, we have procedural and stages that we have done and in the near future we need consistency together to secure so that there is no turmoil in the community because we work for the community by way of socialization, involving the community and also we must one language”, continued Erni regarding land control.

The activity continued with the delivery of material which was divided into 2 (two) sessions by the three resource persons, followed by a question and answer session from the participants related to the material presented by the resource persons.

The legal basis for the implementation of this technical guidance activity is Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Provision of Land for Development in the Public Interest, Presidential Regulation Number 62 of 2018 concerning Handling of Social Impacts on Society in the Framework of Providing Land for National Development and Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2020 concerning Provisions for the Implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 62 of 2018 concerning Handling of Social Impacts in the Community in the Framework of Providing Land for National Development.
