The Performance Agreement for the Head of the Surabaya Class I Railway Engineering Center for the 2024 Fiscal Year was prepared based on the plan to achieve the targets of the 2024 work program as stated and described in the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of the Directorate General of Railways for 2020-2024 and is based on the main tasks and functions of the Class I Railway Engineering Center. Surabaya as regulated in Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM.36 of 2023 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the Railway Engineering Center.

In order to realize government management that is effective, transparent and accountable and results-oriented, the Surabaya Class I Railway Engineering Center will realize the performance targets that should be in accordance with the attachment to this agreement, in order to achieve the medium-term performance targets as set out in the planning document.

The 2024 Performance Agreement contains the implementation of work programs and activities as well as measuring the success of performance targets, achieving objectives, targets and increasing accountability, transparency and performance of the Surabaya Class I Railway Engineering Center which will be achieved in the 2024 Fiscal Year.
