RAILWAY SAFETY DIRECTORY SHARING KNOWLEDGE OF LRT GOA 3 TECHNOLOGY

Tangerang, June 26 2023. In order to add insight and improve the competence of Railway HR, the Directorate General of Railways of the Ministry of Transportation through the Directorate of Railway Safety held an LRT GOA 3 Technology Knowledge Sharing activity. This activity was carried out by presenting material by 10 GOA 3 training participants in Germany who divided into 3 groups and continued with a discussion session. This activity was attended by 50 participants who attended directly at the Mercure Tangerang Center Hotel as well as online participants via zoom.


In his remarks online via zoom, the Director of Railway Safety, Erni Basri said that by synergizing with each other, sharing knowledge and experiences while attending training in Germany and this knowledge sharing activity hopefully can add to our insights. The Directorate of Railway Safety is tasked with always carrying out mitigation both in terms of regulations and in terms of our efforts to improve the competence of employees at the Directorate General of Railways.


LRT Jabodebek Soft Launching on 12 July 2023. And Grand Opening on 18 August 2023. The Railway Safety Directorate is preparing quality human resources, one of which is through GOA 3 training in Germany because Europe already has this technology. Driverless train implementation was first carried out in the city of Hamburg, Germany under the name S-Bahn. It is hoped that GOA 3 training participants in Germany can share the knowledge they have gained and can provide ideas, solutions and improvements for the successful operation of the Jabodebek LRT.


Head of Institutional Certification and Accreditation Sub-Directorate, Sofia Aviantie conveyed that together they should make maximum efforts in increasing synergy and performance in the planning and implementation of effective, efficient and targeted railway transportation development according to predetermined targets.
