Tuesday (24/01), the Directorate of Railway Facilities through the Subdirectorate of State-Owned Facilities Management conducted Monitoring of State-Owned Facilities (SMN) at Solo Balapan Locomotive Depot, Surakarta, Central Java. 

This activity aims to determine the current condition of SMN that is stabling at the Solo Balapan Locomotive Depot. 

The SMN include: 

1. 1 Crane Unit with facility identity number SC 3 05 01 
2. 1 Unit of Helper Train with facility identity number SN 0 08 01 
3. 1 Unit of Helper Carriage with facility identity number NNKW3011001

Railways Crane is a special equipment used to lift railway facilities in handling/evacuation during an accident. 1 set of Railways Crane stabling at Solo Balapan Depot is used to serve the handling in case of PLH (Extraordinary Great Event) in Central Java and/or East Java. In addition to transporting, it can also be used as a working tool to support the construction of railroad infrastructure. 

The conclusion of the SMN monitoring activities carried out at the Solo Balapan Locomotive Depot is that the condition of 1 Set of Railways Crane is in a state of Ready for Operation (SO).
