Friday (18/2/2022) Director of Facilities attended the invitation from PT. KAI related to the discussion of the technical specifications for the modification of the Ex-Holec Train to become the Bandung - Padalarang feeder at Balaiyasa Yogyakarta.

On the occasion, the Director of Facilities of PT. KAI, Mr. Heru together with the staff of Balaiyasa Yogyakarta, Other than holding a meeting to discuss technical specifications, an inspection was also carrying out the progress of the modification of the ex holec into a Bandung - Padalarang feeder.

Modification that have been made to this ex-holec diesel train include the type of passenger seat that uses the premium K3 seat. The middle door of the train is closed to increase passenger capacity, and the exterior is designed to resemble the exterior design of a fast train. The presence of this feeder train is expected to increase the integration of the Jakarta - Bandung high-speed rail mode.
