PROFILE OF PPID IMPLEMENTER UPTAI RAILWAY MAINTENANCE CENTER

In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 14/2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, the Railway Maintenance Center as a Public Agency organizes information service activities within the Railway Maintenance Center. In its implementation, information services within the Railway Maintenance Center are strengthened by Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 46/2018 concerning Guidelines for Information and Documentation Management within the Ministry of Transportation.

In an effort to continue to carry out public information services that are transparent and in accordance with laws and regulations, the PPID Railway Maintenance Center continues to manage and update public information, as well as establish the structure / composition of information and documentation service managers within the Railway Maintenance Center which is stipulated through the Decree of the Head of the Railway Maintenance Center.

VISION

The realization of transparent, objective, and excellent public information services to increase the active participation of the community in the implementation of public sector development.

MISSION

  1. Ensure access to public information in accordance with Law No. 14/2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure;
  2. Improve the quality of public information services;
  3. Improve the professionalism of public information service human resources
  4. Improving facilities and infrastructure for the efficiency and effectiveness of public information services;
  5. Improve the management of information and documentation in a good, efficient, accessible and decentralized manner.

 DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF PPID IMPLEMENTER UPT HALL OF RAILWAY MAINTENANCE

  • Providing information in a good and efficient manner so that it can be accessed easily.
  • Supervising the implementation of information services so that it can be accessed easily.
  • Making improvements towards human resources in information services.
  • Coordinating each unit / work unit in the UPT work scope in implementing information services.
