RAILWAYS ENGINEERING OFFICE CLASS 1 WEST JAVA REGION

Railways Engineering Office Class 1 West Java Region has the task of carrying out improvement and supervision of infrastructure, as well as supervision of the implementation of facilities, traffic, transportation and railways safety.

In carrying out its duties, Railways Engineering Office Class 1  West Java Region carries out the following functions:

1. Implementation of the improvement of railway infrastructure;

2. Implementation of supervision of the implementation of railways infrastructure;

3. Implementation of supervision of the implementation of facilities, traffic and rail transportation;

4. Implementation of traffic safety supervision and rail transportation;

5. Implementation of monitoring the feasibility of railways infrastructure and facilities;

6. Implementation of prevention and prosecution of violations of laws and regulations in the railways sector;

7. Implementation of analysis and handling of accidents in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations; and

8. Management of administration, internal affairs, personnel, financial, legal, and public relations affairs.

 The working area of ​​the Railways Engineering Office Class 1 West Java Region includes Operational Area II Bandung and Operational Area III Cirebon.
