This Strategic Plan is a form of performance from the Ministry of Transportation and specifically within the Class I Railway Engineering Center for the Central Java Region. In accordance with Joko Widodo's government policy with the Working Cabinet and the types of development that must be carried out by the Ministry of Transportation, namely in accordance with the Ripnas Program Strategic Plan, in accordance with the National Strategic Program and in accordance with special assignments. This is the reference for every development activity carried out.

This Strategic Plan contains programs that are planned and will be substantially implemented as well as in line with the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) of the Ministry of Transportation 2020-2024 and the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM) 2020-2024
