The Planning Group is responsible for the coordination and formulation of plans, programs, the preparation and management of information and communication technology, the evaluation and reporting of performance, and the coordination of reports on the implementation of the Government Internal Control System within the Directorate General of Railways.

The Planning Group performs the following functions in carrying out its responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of coordination materials and long-term and medium-term work plans, review of work plans, guidance on the preparation of regional and local plans in the railway sector, and preparation of foreign and domestic loan programs
  2. Material preparation for the coordination and preparation of development programs, work plans and budgets, budget documents, and annual priority programs; and
  3. Coordination of the preparation of coordination materials, preparation and management of information and communication technology, performance evaluation and reporting, and coordination of the preparation of reports on the implementation of the Government's Internal Control System within the Directorate General of Railways.   

Program for Group Work Planning

  1. Rail connectivity infrastructure, rail transportation services, rail transportation safety, and security, and rail transportation technical support are all part of the Connectivity Infrastructure Program.
  2. Management Support Program for rail transportation organization and human resource management, planning, finance, BMN, and general rail transportation management, management of information systems and rail transportation technology, management of communication and public information on rail transportation, and rail transportation legalization and litigation.

 The Planning Group is made up of the following individuals:

  3. Coordinator of the Evaluation and Reporting Group
