SOUTH SUMATERA LIGHT RAIL TRANSIT MANAGEMENT OFFICE

 

The South Sumatera Light Rail Transit Management Office manages The South Sumatera Light Rail Transit facilities and infrastructure.

In carrying out its duties, the  South Sumatera Light Rail Transit Management Office carries out the following functions:

  1. Preparation of planning and implementation of maintenance and improvement of light rail facilities and infrastructure;
  2. Planning and implementation of the use of light rail facilities and infrastructure, preparation of light rail travel charts, and partnerships;
  3. Preparation and proposal of tariffs for the implementation of utilization;
  4. Preparation of technical guidelines and/or Standard Operating Procedures for light rail management;
  5. Preparation of program plans and budgets;
  6. Implementation of financial affairs, human resources, archives, public relations, law, cooperation, information technology, and data, as well as management of State Property; and
  7. Implementation of evaluation and reporting.

The organizational structure of the South Sumatera Light Rail Transit Management Office consists of:

  1. Management Office of South Sumatera;
  2. Administration Subdivision;
  3. Section for Maintenance and Improvement of Facilities and Infrastructure;
  4. Section for Utilization of Facilities and Infrastructure.
