In order to realize the implementation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) within the Directorate of Railway Safety and to determine the performance achievements of the Fourth Quarter Directorate of Railway Safety, Monitoring of Performance Achievements of 2021 was carried out.

Monitoring and Evaluation activities are carried out on an ongoing basis and refer to the 2021 Performance Agreement of the Directorate of Railway Safety.

This Performance Achievement Monitoring Report of the Directorate of Railway Safety for the Fourth Quarter of 2021 describes the achievement of strategic goals and performance indicators of activities and activities that have been achieved and implemented from October to December 2021.
