PERFORMANCE MONITORING REPORT QUARTER I DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF RAILWAYS 2021
The Directorate General of Railways as the regulator of railway transportation carries out the functions of regulating, controlling, and supervising the operation of the railways including implementing the development of railway infrastructure in stages as stated in the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan. The planning and construction of the railway is carried out with the aim of realizing reliable and competitive mass transportation so that it is expected to overcome transportation problems in urban and inter-city areas.
In carrying out the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Railways, there are program performance indicators that become a benchmark for success/failure in carrying out the role as a rail transport regulator. The achievement of program performance indicators is regularly monitored or monitored as outlined in the quarterly performance achievement monitoring report which is a report on the realization of performance in the quarterly period against the implementation of the performance targets that have been set through the 2021 Performance Agreement.
