ANNUAL PERFORMANCE PLAN (RKT) FOR 2024 DIRECTORATE OF RAIL TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION
The performance plan is a strategic issue that must be considered by agency leaders as managers and leaders who direct their agencies towards implementing the mission and achieving the organization's vision. The performance plan is also an important stage in implementing the strategic plan which will guide management and all members of the organization to achieve the desired performance. Based on a good performance plan, the implementation of the strategic plan can also be monitored in a more operational way and by looking at various possibilities and alternatives to improve and spur further achievement of the organization's goals and objectives.
