AFTER FOLLOWING THE ORIENTATION ONLINE FOR 7 DAYS, 353 CANDIDATES WERE ASSIGNED TO THE CENTER AND THE HALL.

Following the seven-day Civil Servant Candidate orientation (January 06 to January 14, 2021), 355 candidates in the Directorate General of Railways were handed over to the relevant work units in accordance with the selected formation. Some of the candidates in question have been assigned to other work units to support the leadership's duties at the head office, including assisting in the work unit of the Minister's Expert Staff 1 person, 

During the 2019 Orientation Week for Prospective Civil Servants, participants were briefed on the roles and tasks of all work units under the Directorate General of Railways over the course of seven days. Within the DJKA environment, each Head of Section, Head of Sub-Directorate, and representatives from the Head of Office supply materials.

The committee held a post test as part of this orientation week activity, which all orientation participants in 2019 must complete. After finishing this orientation, candidates will be assigned to each work unit according on their placement formation. It is expected that all participants will be able to put the information learned during the orientation into practice.

In his statement, the Director General of Railways, Zulmafensi, expressed his hope that the orientation materials would be well received and applied in the workplace. "I believe that the briefing provided in this orientation program will offer you with insight and clear thinking horizons as you carry out your responsibilities in the future, and I hope that the knowledge presented can be internalized and implemented in your respective work environments." Zulmafendi expressed his thoughts.

Furthermore, Zulmafendi recommended the candidates to work hard and become competent employees, because the fate of the railways in the future rests on their shoulders. "Become a professional civil servant candidate in their respective work units, be the next generation of proud rail transportation and change agents wherever you are put," he emphasized.

It is hoped that by following this orientation, the candidates will continue to improve their competence as a professional and characterized State Civil Apparatus. "Let us build this country on the values of Accountability, Nationalism, Public Ethics, Quality Commitment, and Anti-Corruption," Zulmafendi concluded.
