In order to prepare for the preparation of the 2021 Performance Reports for Government Agencies and the Preparation of the 2022 Performance Agreements, a meeting was held on December 13-15 at The Green Peak Hotel, Bogor. There are several agendas scheduled for this activity, namely the preparation of the 2021 Government Agency Performance Report (LKIP), the preparation of the 2022 Performance Agreement (PK), the preparation of the 2022 Tiered Performance Agreement, the preparation of the 2022 Performance Agreement Action Plan, and the Coordination of Preparation for the Implementation of the SAKIP in 2020. 2022 and Formation of SAKIP Drafting and Monitoring Team. In addition, in this activity, awards/appreciation were also given to the Satker or UPT who were in the working environment of the Directorate General of Railways.

At this event, BPKARSS again won two awards, namely the first position as a Work Unit with the Best Performance Reporting Compliance Quarter III in 2021 and the third position as a Work Unit with the Best Performance Achievement in Quarter III in 2021. The award certificate was given directly by Mr. Nurhadi Unggul Wibowo, Head of Planning Section of the Secretariat General of Railways to Aditya Yunianto as Head of the Finance and General Subdivision of the South Sumatra LRT Management Office. With the receipt of these two awards, it is hoped that they can be an encouragement for all employees of the South Sumatra  LRT Management Office to be able to continue to improve their performance.
