BPKARSS AND TRAXFM HELD A SHARING SESSION: CAREER TALK FOR EMPLOYEE CAREER DEVELOPMENT

The South Sumatra Light Railway Management Center (BPKARSS) in collaboration with TraxFM organized Sharing Session: Career Talk in the Ampera Meeting Room of BPKARSS office on Friday, 4 August 2023. This activity involved all BPKARSS employees with the purpose of providing insight and inspiration in their career development and professional growth.

The Career Talk event was opened with a bang by TraxFM's MC duo, Okan Gembul and Tari Usman. They created a friendly atmosphere and invited all participants to actively participate in the session.

The main session of the event was the Career Talk delivered by Kevin Dean DRA, SH, C.DMP., a leading professional in the industry. Mr. Kevin Dean shared his knowledge and experience on various topics related to career development, and living a successful professional journey. His talk was very useful and inspiring, motivating the participants to set tough career goals and actively take control of their growth.

In addition to the inspirational sharing sessions, the event was also filled with interactive games and quizzes to keep the atmosphere lively and fun. Employees enthusiastically participated in the games, enhancing the spirit of cooperation and togetherness among peers. The trivia and quiz segments also provided valuable knowledge on company history, industry trends and best practices.
