ASAHAN - Representatives of the Class I Medan Railway Engineering Center (BTP) attended the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) meeting regarding the discussion of Preparations for the Operation of the Kisaran Toll Exit Ahead of the 2024 Ketupat Toba Operation and Eid Transport in the Asahan Regency Area, located in the Mawar Hall of the Asahan Regent's Office, Monday ( 01/29).

Surya, B.Sc., Asahan Regency Police Chief, Kisaran City Police Chief, Prapat Panji Police Chief, Air Batu Police Chief, Asahan Regency Regional Secretariat Economic and Development Assistant, Asahan District Head, Sei Renggas Village Head, Sendang Village Head Sari and Head of the Railway Traffic and Transportation Section (LLAKA) of the Medan Class I Railway Engineering Center.

In preparation for the operation of the Kisaran Toll Exit, repair and finishing work is currently underway which is targeted to be completed in February 2024. Later, traffic engineering will be implemented through the Toll Exit to the Bukit Katarnia Interchange - Military Police Interchange - Terminal Interchange for vehicles leaving the Exit The Kisaran toll road goes to Labuhan Batu and Batu Bara during the 2024 Ketupat Toba Operation.

Apart from that, there will be one-way traffic engineering from Simpang Katarina to Simpang Bukit Katarina. Return flow from the Kisaran Toll Exit to Labuhan Batu will also be prioritized via Pulahan-Air Batu (except for local residents).

Meanwhile, the Head of the BTP Class I Medan Railway Traffic and Transportation Section, Muhammad Yusuf, also carried out a field inspection of the 5 level crossing points.

3.       JPL No. 08 Km 4+350, Jalan Ahmad Yani By Pass Sentang, Kec. East Kisaran City, Plot sta Kisaran - sta Hengelo.

4.     JPL No. 18 Km 18+850, Jalan Lintas Sumatra-Medan Rantau Prapat Air Teluk Hessa Village, Kec. Air Batu, Plot sta      Kisaran - sta Hengelo.
