Grobogan - The Railway Maintenance Center signed a cooperation agreement in the civil and state administration sector with the Grobogan District Prosecutor's Office on Tuesday (10/10/2023). This agenda is a form of positive synergy that the Railway Maintenance Center always builds with various stakeholders, including institutions in the field of law enforcement.

The main objective of this cooperation agreement is to optimize the implementation of the duties and functions of both parties in handling and resolving legal issues in the civil and state administration fields that the Railway Maintenance Center has the potential to face in carrying out its duties in the field.

This collaboration agreement was signed by the Head of the Railway Maintenance Center, M. Andi Hary Murty and the Head of the Grobogan District Prosecutor's Office, Iqbal. The signing took place in the Grobogan District Prosecutor's Hall.

The Head of the Railway Maintenance Center, in his speech, said that the signing of this collaboration was the first collaboration with the Grobogan Prosecutor's Office as a strategic step to mitigate risks in the legal sector. He hopes that this signing is the initial process to provide better legal guarantees in the future and to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions and in turn will create synergy to realize the smooth implementation of the duties and functions of the Railway Maintenance Center in the field of railway maintenance tasks.

Head of the Grobogan District Prosecutor's Office, Iqbal, in his speech welcomed the current collaboration carried out in the Civil Law and State Administration Sector. There are at least five authorities of the Prosecutor's Office, namely Law Enforcement, Legal Aid, Legal Services, Legal Considerations, and other Legal Actions, said Kajari Grobogan.

Andi Hary Murty also said that, at least in this collaboration, it reflects a determination to obey the rules of the game or prioritize the rules of the game.

On this occasion, the Head of the Railway Maintenance Hall was present accompanied by all echelon officials of the Railway Maintenance Hall, namely the Head of the Gunawati Administrative Subdivision, the Head of the Heavy Maintenance Section Udut Pangihutan Sinaga, and the Head of the Periodic Maintenance Section Yustina Nurhayati. Meanwhile, from the Grobogan Prosecutor's Office there were a number of officials who accompanied the Grobogan Prosecutor, namely the Head of Intelligence Frengki Wibowo, the Head of the Special Crimes Section Iwan Nuzuardhi, and the Head of Evidence Management Ardiansyah.

Apart from building a commitment to strengthen relations between the prosecutor's office and the Railway Maintenance Center, even though the focus of their work areas is different, this collaboration illustrates the potential for collaboration created thanks to synergy and aligned perceptions.
