Performance Agreement Year 2023
The Performance Agreement of the Railway Testing Center for Fiscal Year 2023 is a determination of the plan to achieve the goals and performance indicators of the 2022 work program which is elaborated from the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan of the Railway Testing Center, budget documents and the main tasks and functions of the Railway Testing Center.
The Performance Agreement contains the work program and activities and measurement of the success of performance targets, achievement of goals, objectives of the Railway Testing Center by considering resources (budget) in the DIPA and POK documents for Fiscal Year 2023.
The 2023 Performance Agreement is then used as a benchmark in implementing work programs and activities of the Railway Testing Center in order to realize an effective, transparent and accountable government system.
