Integrity Pact Signing is organized by the Directorate of Railway Traffic and Transportation.

Jakarta (7/2) Starting activities in 2023 on Tuesday, 7 February 2023 the Director of Railway Traffic and Transportation as well as Structural Officials and Functional Officials and PPNPN within the Directorate of Railway Traffic and Transportation carried out the development of Integrity Pacts and Joint Commitments at the LLAKA Directorate Room 12th Floor, Karya Building, Ministry of Transportation, in the context of implementing the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP).

The Integrity Pact is a fundamental agreement for ensuring the capability and caliber of employee labor, which directly affects organizational success. The General Guidelines for Integrity Pacts within Ministries/Institutions and Regional Governments, Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 49 of 2011, defines an Integrity Pact as a document that contains a statement or promise of oneself about the commitment to carry out all duties, functions, responsibilities, authorities, and roles in accordance with laws and regulations and the ability not to commit corruption, collusion, and nepotism.

The Integrity Pact is an agreement made jointly by all employees within the Directorate of Railway Traffic and Transportation which is expected to strengthen joint commitment in the prevention and eradication of corruption, foster understanding and honesty, facilitate the implementation of quality, effective, efficient and accountable tasks, and realize an advanced, independent, responsible and dignified Indonesian government and society based on the noble values of national culture, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, and Pancasila.
