Palembang Class II Railway Engineering Center Holds Routine Morning Assembly for All ASN in the BTP Palembang office environment.

In order to foster and strengthen the relationship and optimize and improve performance between employees, a routine morning assembly was held for all Echelon officials and all staff.

"On this occasion, I would like to remind us all about the importance of supporting and working together. The spirit of mutual cooperation that has always been our hallmark must be maintained. Let's create a positive work environment, where everyone feels appreciated and empowered to give their best. We must also maintain professionalism in every action and decision we make. Maintaining integrity and work ethics is the key to achieving success, both individually and as part of a team," said the Head of the Administration Sub-Division of the Palembang Class II Railway Engineering Center.

With this routine roll call activity every month, it is hoped that it will be a bridge for all employees in the Palembang Class II Railway Engineering Center to continue to collaborate and work together to maintain solidarity between employees.
