MoU Signing for Handling Legal Issues in the Civil and State Administration Sector

Jakarta (24/10) An MoU on Handling Legal Issues in the Civil and State Administration Sector was signed by the Jakarta Class I Railway Engineering Center and the South Jakarta District Prosecutor's Office. The MoU will provide a strong basis for improving the effectiveness of handling legal issues.

The signing was held in the Hall of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office, which was attended by the Head of the Jakarta Class I Railway Engineering Center and its staff and the Head of the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office and its staff.

As stakeholders in the railway sector, the Jakarta Class I Railway Engineering Center realizes that reliable and sustainable operations can only be achieved through compliance with applicable laws. This agreement will provide a solid foundation to ensure that legal assistance, legal considerations, legal actions, and legal consultations will always be accessible when needed.
