This Performance Agreement is a form of accountability for duties and functions in order to realize the vision and mission of the organization through the achievement of the goals and objectives set out in the performance agreement.

With the preparation of the 2021 Performance Agreement, it is hoped that it will provide an overview of the performance of the Jakarta and Banten Regional Railway Engineering Centers during the performance stage period. So that the evaluation and analysis that has been carried out can become a benchmark in order to improve the performance of the Jakarta and Banten Regional Railway Engineering Center in the future, in order to support the realization of a more effective, accountable, professional and efficient national railway operation.
