Jakarta (2/11) - Risk Management Socialization on Wednesday 2 November 2022 targets all employees within the Directorate of Railway Infrastructure to understand risks at work. The activity which was initiated by the Directorate of Railway Infrastructure was held by presenting speakers from the Secretariat Planning Section of the Directorate General of Railways, Mr. Andi Guntur Asapa.

When opening the socialization activities, the Director of Railway Infrastructure reminded the importance of starting to identify and recognize risks at work.

"Basically everyone has risks at work, so it's important to start recognizing and managing risks," he said.

The Director of Railway Infrastructure further explained that the risks in working at the government are related to the target. This target is defined into reports such as strategic plans and quarterly reports.

"For example in an annual target, for the first quarter we should have been able to identify job risks and be able to evaluate risks for the past year," he explained.

Moderated by Mr. Dimas Reska Putra, this socialization aims to provide an understanding of risk management for employees as well as to prepare the risk management process in 2023 in the work unit of the Directorate of Railway Infrastructure. Risk management outreach activities take place offline in Jakarta and can also be accessed online through zoom meetings. (dipraska)
