Jakarta, 17-18 October  2023.

The Secretariat of the Directorate General of Railways (through the Planning Division) has conducted a meeting related to the Finalization of Evaluation and Preparation of Recommendations for Self-Assessment of SAKIP Implementation of each Work Unit within the Directorate General of Railways which lasted for 2 days at Yuan Garden Hotel, Jakarta.

The meeting was held in order to align the perception of fulfilling the supporting data for each criteria and component according to PANRB Ministerial Regulation Number 88/2021 as well as the Plenary Discussion / Finalization of Evaluation of LKE Fillings and Supporting Data for SAKIP Implementation in 2023 for each Work Unit (Performance Planning Component, Performance Reporting, and Internal Evaluation Component).

The Directorate General of Railways has provided evaluation notes that can be used as a reference for improving the completeness of supporting data for each other Work Unit. When discussed one by one the sub-components, a common perception is made to make it easier for all Work Units to complete the supporting data for SAKIP.

The Directorate General of Railways will approach the Head of Administration / Headquarters of each work unit to fill in the supporting data that has not been completed. It is also hoped that the evaluators can continue to follow up regarding the filling out of the supporting data.
